Practice Healer was founded by Jason Jarman, a healthcare operations expert with more than 25 years of experience in billing, compliance, practice management, and business strategy. Over that career, Jason has sat inside the operations of private practices and specialty clinics, working through the same problems that keep most owners up at night: denied claims, inefficient front-office workflows, staffing gaps, and the financial blind spots that quietly erode a practice's margins.

The name Practice Healer comes from a physician Jason worked for early in his career. Before bringing him on, she'd looked up the meaning of his name and found that Jason translates to "healer." After working together, she told him simply: he had healed her practice. That phrase stuck, and it became the foundation for everything Jason has built his career around since: helping medical practices strengthen their operations, fix broken workflows, improve financial performance, and build healthier systems that support better patient care.

Practice Healer exists to heal the business side of medicine, so physicians and practice owners can spend less time fighting their own systems and more time doing the clinical work they trained for. Through hands-on operational leadership and a deep, practitioner-level understanding of how practices actually function day to day, Jason helps clients build stronger, more efficient, and more sustainable operations, whether that means cleaning up billing and compliance, preparing for a sale, or laying the groundwork for an MSO and long-term succession plan.
